Scoring function on protein-protein docking
Based on Dockground (http://dockground.bioinformatics.ku.edu/BOUND/request.php), we developed a low-resolution scoring funcion for protein-protein docking. Each residue is represented as one pseudo-atom, the "centroid" of the side chain. We show that, the success rate of the scoring function can reach 85% in top 10 on Grammx decoys. The application of this scoring function is the CAPRI Scoring blind test. The result shows that our scoring function can successfully pick up acceptable prediction(T32_S16, http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/capri/round15/R15_T32/resultScorer.html).
